The company Geldbach Gruppe GmbH & Co. KG was founded in the early 70s by Dr. Manfred Geldbach as managing director of Wilhelm Geldbach, Gelsenkirchen, which has been in the flange business since 1903. Since 1999 both companies have been separated with Wilhelm Geldbach and the Geldbach Group.

The company is 100% privately owned by the Geldbach family, in the third and partly in the fourth generation. It is an investment holding of 33 legally and economically completely independent subsidiaries in Germany and abroad, 4 of which are production companies for flanges, fittings and pipe bends and 29 stockholding distribution companies which sell the products of the sister companies but also cooperate with other quality manufacturers.

With the companies Wilhelm Geldbach GmbH, specialized mainly in stainless steels and the company Manfred Geldbach GmbH, with a special focus on carbon and medium alloyed steels, two of the last AD-W0, PED and ISO 9001 approved well-known manufacturers are in the group of companies, which prove their products with a German certificate and a guarantee liability enforceable in Germany.

The common sister, which produces M.Geldbach (Shanxi) Flange & Fitttings Co. Ltd, is equipped with the know-how of the holding company from Germany and is of course also in possession of all approvals of its sister.

With the German fittings manufacturer Lindemann GmbH & Co. KG, of course also in possession of all relevant approvals, the market has an extremely flexible manufacturer of fittings at its disposal, which offers not only normal carbon steels but above all abnormal wall thicknesses and special alloys.

The younger sister in terms of fittings production, Apco-Geldbach Yingkou, is currently being set up.

Otherwise the subsidiaries are located in Egypt, Belgium, Brazil, China, Germany, Netherlands, Romania, Spain, Poland, Romania, Spain, Czech Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom (UK).

Almost all manufacturers in the group are certified either by DNV, GL, LRS, SGS or UDT.
